Trust Services

We provide you with quality service, not only during the formative stage of your company; our office also offers trust services to many of our clients and their companies.

In this field we administer individual company shares and assume management responsibilities in your business. The legal relationship between our clients and CTS Steuerberatung GmbH (tax consultancy) is regulated in mandate and trustee agreements, whose legal basis is specified in §§ 1002ff of the General Civil Code (ABGB).

As most of our clients are not resident in Austria and do not typically come to Austria for a longer period of time, it seems sensible to appoint a manager of trust to run the Austrian company. We are pleased to take on the executive responsibilities for your business. This function is limited to the external representation of your company.

Business transactions are executed by the clients and are carefully monitored by the CTS Steuerberatung GmbH management. It involves our commitment to take measures to avoid money laundering, in compliance with §§ 32ff of the Tax Advisor’s Act guideline (WT-ARC).
